This is a new, 80 unit tax credit property with some Section 8 Project Based vouchers assigned to it.  It is managed by Brenham Housing Authority. In most cases, rent is calculated based on income.  It is a gated community with great amenities like dishwashers, garbage disposals and a playground. It is centrally located near several schools, grocery stores, the post office, the library and several parks.
